Facilitation is any activity that makes tasks for others easy, or tasks that are assisted.

Facilitation is used in business and organizational settings to ensure the designing and running of successful meetings and workshops. This is process in which organizations are help to discern a new vision, mission and obtaining set goals and strategy for the future operations of the organization. My role is to facilitate this process.
